Amanda o'malleyOne of our head coaches and co-owners of 813 barbell. She has certifications in CrossFit and weightlifting with a bachelors degree from USF. With five years of training and multiple years of coaching experience under her belt, she has picked up many useful techniques to instruct people from a wide array of different age brackets, training modalities and fitness levels.
Her objective is to encourage people to better themselves through safe training and consistency. She encourages our athletes to stay consistent in order to achieve their personal physical and mental health goals. Certifications: CF L1, USAW L1, B.S. |

Thomas O'MALLEYHead powerlifting coach and co-owner of 813 baRBELL. With over 15 years of lifting experience, Thomas has developed the knowledge and techniques to make an individual stronger. He has been training people of all types for strength, weight loss, and overall health. He has a B.S. in criminal justice from FSU and has law enforcement experience.
Thomas obtained his powerlifting coach certification from the USAPL federation and the NCCPT in order to train and educate people on the importance of strength training and competing.
